Create a modern sign for Lake County Pedestrians and Cyclists!
Encourage safe travel habits among people who enjoy non-automobile transportation for fun or for travel by entering the Lake County Create-A-Sign Competition.
Signs will be evaluated by a group of transportation professionals on creativity, innovation, clarity, and how they will improve safety for cyclists and pedestrians in Lake County. Don’t be afraid to experiment! Examples and outlines are provided to help get you started, but your sign can be any shape and have any images that you feel best express your idea.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place sign designs, as well as honorable mentions, will be given their own ribbons to celebrate their achievement. The winning design will also be created by the Lake County Department of Transportation in their shop.
